reasonable price and performed the work in a timely manner. They
repaired the leak problem on the first attempt. Additionally, in
November of this year they came back because there was a leak that
was caused by a vent pipe. Because they only had to tap the metal
cover back down there was no charge.
We all know they could have made a big repair bill for this service
but they are extremely
honest and fair.

oak tree fell on our roof and our neighbor's roof, doing extensive

We made it through weeks of rain without a leak!!! After three other
attempts by two local "roofers", Tile Roof Specialists fixed the five leaks plaguing the home we bought
just one year ago.
We were told that the roof was new after the 2004 hurricanes, WRONG!!!
Leaks over the front door, in the pantry, over a fireplace, over an
outside window, and where first and second story valleys meet left a
drippy mess.
I was amazed with how meticulous Steve & Marshall removed, stacked,
and replaced the tiles after the leaks were repaired. No mess was
ever left on the roof or on the property. You told me, and I do
believe, "I never have to replace the roof because of leaks. We

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent job you and your company did
on the tile roof. As you know, the last few weeks have brought a great deal of rain and it is nice to not have to wonder if the roof is going to leak..
When I finally found you, I was convinced that the only long term solution to the leak problem was to completely replace the roof. Several roofing contractors agreed and offered bids between $150,000 and 300,000. In hindsight, they were probably looking at a big payday instead of fixing the problem properly. You were able to fix the leaks for a tenth of the lowest bid.
And you topped it off with a full one year warranty.
You were prompt, well mannered and professional throughout the entire process.
I guess you take what you said to me seriously: A job done properly and for the right price will generate more sales down the line. That’s more important than one big sale.
