Merrywood is one of the most remarkable homes in Winter Park — and in all of Florida. Designed by the renowned architect James Gamble Rogers, Merrywood was the largest residential home Rogers ever designed. Throughout the 1930s and 1940s, Rogers created many outstanding commissions, chiefly residential, which were and remain among the most sought-after homes in Winter Park and its surroundings.
We have been maintaining the tile roof on this amazing historic home for nearly two decades. It still carries its original roof — a testament to what proper maintenance and expert repair can accomplish. This is exactly the kind of work we were built to do.
