Our guarantee covers: any area of your roof that we repaired. If that specific repaired area leaks again, we come back at no charge.
Our guarantee does not cover:
- New damage caused by a separate storm or event after our repair was completed
- Leaks in areas of your roof that we did not work on
- Damage caused by someone else working on your roof after our repair
- Situations where a full roof replacement is genuinely needed and we advised you of that
